Booking terms

Booking and payment
The full price of your stay is charged to your card when you book. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds, and a confirmation is sent to your email address.
- Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are never stored on this website.
- Your bank may ask you to approve the payment (3-D Secure).
Cancellation by you
- Cancel more than [number] days before arrival: you are refunded the price of your stay minus a cancellation fee of [percentage].
- Cancel [number] days or fewer before arrival, or do not arrive: no refund.
- Leaving early does not entitle you to a refund.
- Refunds are made to the card you paid with.
Cancellation by your host
If your host has to cancel, everything you have paid is refunded in full.
Guests and house rules
- Maximum two adults. No children.
- No pets. No smoking indoors.
- Keep noise down, especially at night.
- Only the guests named in the booking may stay. Serious breaches of these rules may end the stay without a refund.
Damage
You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear during your stay. Report any damage to your host straight away. [Damage deposit of €amount, returned within number days after check-out, or no damage deposit.]
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from [time], check-out by [time]. Arrange your arrival time with your host before travelling.
Payment disputes
If you dispute a payment with your card issuer, your booking record, including the date and time you accepted these terms and the version you accepted, may be shared with the card issuer and Stripe to resolve the dispute.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Tala Retreat registration no. 0009528.
